biggest problems we confront.
MARY KEATING: Office porn can be a serous problem in the workplace. It can
subject people to something that they do not want to see and it seems to build a
culture where people are talking too much about sex or telling sexual jokes in
the workplace and it makes other people very uncomfortable.
IRWIN KRAMER: And if what is going on in the workplace is the wrong kind of
internet surfing, an employer could find himself drowning in litigation.
ROCHELLE EISENBERG: An employer needs to have a written policy delineating
very clearly what is appropriate computer usage.
