Superhero Suit

IRWIN KRAMER: He could not leap tall buildings in a single bound, was slower than a speeding bullet, and less powerful than a locomotive. But he was working on it when superman decided to fight Ralph Hinkley, ABC’s greatest American Hero. You could say that Superman’s lawyers did not like the look of his suit. So, they filed a suit against ABC for copyright infringement.

Who would prove more powerful in court?

Superman lost to his weaker rival. When the court looked beneath their tapes, it saw two very different characters. Superman showing poise, confidence, and power and Ralph seeming a bit uncomfortable in his own clothes. Though he did not have any Kryptonite on hand, his own clumsiness carried him to victory in court.
