Kenneth Starr

Kenneth Starr is the dean of Pepperdine University Law School. Appointed to the bench by President Ronald Reagan, he served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for six years before being appointed United States Solicitor General by President George H. W. Bush. He is perhaps best known as independent counsel in the Whitewater investigation, and as the author of a report which led to the impeachment of President Bill Clinton.
